Waiting for blog backend to be updated.

At the moment, the blog opens up in the space below with the post buttons still in the row up top. This does not look good and is awkward. Even when set to open in a new tab, the page only duplicates. Currently it is not possible to open a blog post with nothing else on the page.

If you are looking for help with nutrition for gut health, please meet Bridget!

Bridget is an Accredited Dietitian of Singapore and a full member of The British Dietetic Association; she is registered with the UK Health Care Professions Council.

Bridget has a special interest in the nutritional treatment of gastrointestinal conditions including coeliac disease, irritable bowel syndrome / functional bowel disorders, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and liver disease. Bridget has completed accredited FODMAP training.

Local Support

Bridget is grateful for the opportunity to volunteer for Gluten Free Singapore, helping out with the dynamic, friendly team who give their time so generously. She has worked extensively with clients living gluten free and is keen to increase awareness of coeliac disease and other gluten related disorders in Asia. The fact that the bowel lining (and other organs of the body if affected) can be completely healed by eliminating gluten from the diet is incredible!

Background

Bridget graduated in Nutrition and Dietetics from King's College, University of London in 1991 and has worked in hospitals and the community in London and Singapore. Through working as a Dietitian in Singapore and multicultural London she has a good knowledge of cultural dietary patterns.

Bridget moved to Singapore in 2014 with her family. In her spare time she enjoys traveling around the region, yoga, walking, and tennis.
