January 24, 20241 min read

Are you following a medically necessary gluten-free diet, a parent or a gluten-free child, just starting your gluten-free journey, or somewhere in between? All are welcome to join our in-person Gluten-Free Singapore Support Group Meeting.

Discover your gluten-free tribe and access a wealth of insider advice.

Our support group gatherings provide an excellent opportunity to connect with others who are also navigating a gluten-free lifestyle.

Whether you're a newcomer to Singapore or a long-time resident, be part of a community that extends a warm welcome to everyone.

Topic: Optimizing Your Gluten-Free Diet

Maintaining a balanced and gluten-free diet presents unique challenges, especially when strict avoidance of wheat and gluten grains is necessary. Are you ensuring your diet is not only gluten-free but also providing the essential nutrients your body needs?

Special guest, registered dietitian and nutritionist, Bridget Marr, will provide a general overview of nutrients that we should pay special attention to when aiming for a balanced gluten free diet.

This talk will be focused primarily on adult health. Reserve your spot for this free talk by registering below; space is limited.
