A Spice Journey with The GF Singaporean

A gluten-free diet does not need to be bland and boring!

Join Puteh Gurm, The Gluten Free Singaporean, for a discussion of local spices commonly used in Southern and Northern Indian dishes.

Puteh will cover the different spices used in everyday cooking, from a basic curry to using spices in desserts. Find out the differences of warm and sweet spices, where gluten can hide in spices, and how to prepare and store spices for maximum shelf life.

Puteh is a retired events planner, born & bred in Singapore. She has been living gluten-free since 2012.

What goes on at a support group meeting?

We start and end each meet up with a time to meet, connect, and share with the gluten-free tribe.

Each meeting will explore an interesting topic and give you plenty of chances to socialize with other gluten-free individuals in your area.
