Welcome to International Gluten Free!

We are please to introduce you to the International Gluten Free Team: Karen and Charlotte.    


Karen is a founding members of the Singapore Celiac and Gluten Intolerance Support Group and Gluten Free Singapore, established in 2012

She began running a gluten-free household for her celiac daughter and gluten intolerant husband over a decade ago. A move from America to Singapore in between brought an adaption to new ingredients and an adoption of new favorite gluten-free foods. One of her greatest satisfactions is to see people embrace, enjoy and thrive on a gluten-free diet.


Charlotte is the founder of English Rose Cake Company which specializes in gorgeous made to order gluten-free cakes. She relocated from the UK to Singapore in 2019. 

The first time she heard of a gluten-free diet was in 2002 when her young son and husband were both diagnosed with celiac disease within a month of each other. Charlotte immediately plunged into the the challenge of learning everything she could and cooking tasty gluten-free meals for the sake of her family's health. 


 Who is Gluten Free Bootcamp for?

We really, really want the whole world to watch Gluten Free Bootcamp.

"But I'm not gluten-free" we hear you say. You, my friend, are exactly the person who needs this course.  We need you to understand how gluten-free works and all the little rules so that you can take an active part in making the world a better place.

You will make gluten-free people all over the world happy when they walk into your establishment and realize you actually understand what they are talking about. Offering gluten-free options on your menu is useless (and dangerous) if you do not follow protocol to eliminate cross contamination. 

If you are a teacher, we beg you to take this class. Understanding the gluten-free world a child lives in will make a tremendous difference in their rapport with you. 

If you are are cooking food for someone who is gluten-free, we beg you to take this class. All the recipes and mixes in the world are worthless if you don't use the correct ingredients and eliminate cross contamination. 

If you are newly diagnosed with celiac disease or you have be advised by a doctor to be gluten-free, we made this class just for you. The information in Gluten Free Bootcamp is everything we had to learn to keep our celiac children healthy. Trust us, this class is a lifesaver and will save you time, money and pain.

We aren't asking you to give up bread and pizza (unless you need to), we are just asking you to watch, learn and make the world a little bit better for someone else.
